| Yet another re-location.This time in Montgomery Village, in Maryland State. Maryland is known as both the Old Line State and the Free State. Maryland is strategically located for trade on the Eastern seaboard. It borders the District of Columbia, the nation's capital, to the south and is within hours by land of New York, Philadelphia, and Pittsburgh. |

| The reason for me to come to Maryland is my association with GE Information Services, as a part of my new job assignment. I came here as Unix Administrator of GE Extranet Project in Gaithersburg. |

GE Information Services is a part of GE Business. Small but vital. Trying to establish a new role in the coming days. | |
| Life in GE I joined in GE Extranet Project, a project which provides solutions for Internate or Intranet Services. I really had very nice time here and I enjoyed it. During the time I was here, GE Information Services (GEIS) was split into two and we were the part of GE Global eXchange Services (GEGXS). | ||

| Cider Mill Apartment You can very well call it a mini Mumbai. With all deshi people around you and speaking in your native language it was hard to imagine that you are away from your home. Tata, as they call our company, was a favored customer for them with a strength of more than 150 people. Even the schools here used to celebrate Diwali and other Indian festivals. By the way this county is one of the most educated counties in the United States. |

| Fall Season The nature changes its color in a very short period of time with the green leaves turn yellow to burning red and it is indeed a spectacular view all around. It prepares herself for the winter to come. |

| Niagara Falls Niagara Falls is the second largest falls on the globe next to Victoria Falls in southern Africa. One fifth of all the fresh water in the world lies in the four Upper Great Lakes-Michigan, Huron, Superior and Erie. All the outflow empties into the Niagara river and eventually cascades over the falls. Straddling the Canadian-United States International Border and both in the Province of Ontario and the State of New York, Niagara Falls attracts some 12 Million tourists to her majestic awesome beauty each year. |
